The SF series bits adopt a pair of high-precision metal seal rings and two rubber rings for bearing sealing to achieve the face seal and the dynamic seal. The technology of the floating bearing structure is adopted and a floating shaft sleeve is arranged between the large shaft and the friction pair, thereby dividing the friction pair into two friction pairs, decreasing the relative linear speed of the bearing pair, reducing the temperature rise of the friction surface, and fundamentally solving the problem of bearing seizure of the drill bit under the operation conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. The metal seal rings are used as the axial dynamic seal to reduce the friction force of the sealing surface by 70%-80%. Two energy supplying rings made of highly saturated nitrile butadiene rubbers are respectively arranged in the cone sealing area and the cone leg sealing area to provide reliable seal and compression rate and ensure that the sealing surfaces of the two metal seal rings can keep good contact with each other, thereby making the SF series bits hold the excellent characteristics of adapting the high rotation speed. The enhanced main water pore can effectively protect the drill bits from being eroded by the mud fluid of each jet direction and improve the water-horse power of the single jetting, pumping jetting, pulse jetting, and skew jetting or reverse jetting by using the patented technology of us (the Patent No. is ZL96221141.9) under various drilling technology conditions.
